Meet Amira, the Founder of Klenz London (above image)Hi, I’m Amira, the Founder of Klenz London.I never set out to create a deodorant brand. But sometimes, life forces you to find your own solution.

For years, I struggled with painful, recurring armpit cysts and underarms that were 4–5 shades darker than my skin tone. No matter what I tried, nothing worked. Then, I was diagnosed with a fungal infection—triggered by the very deodorants I had trusted to keep me fresh.

That’s when I started digging into what was actually inside these products. What I found shocked me—chemicals designed to block sweat ducts, irritate skin, and throw the body’s natural balance off track. Many of the ingredients were endocrine disruptors—which can interfere with hormones and have long-term effects on overall health.

Determined to switch, I tried ‘natural’ deodorants, but they came with their own set of problems:

  • Baking soda-based formulas that burned my skin
  • Overpowering scents that didn’t feel fresh
  • Being told I needed to ‘detox’ for 2–4 weeks before it would work
